By submitting any items for cleaning or restoration to Crisp & Clean Dry Cleaning Ltd, you confirm that all items are your property or that you have the authority to submit them on behalf of the owner.

Liability

We cannot be held responsible for:

Collection and Storage

Customers are responsible for collecting their cleaned items within a reasonable timeframe. Crisp & Clean Dry Cleaning Ltd reserves the right to charge storage fees for items left uncollected beyond 30 days.

If items are not collected within 90 days, ownership may be transferred or items disposed of in accordance with applicable law.

Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal information collected is used solely for fulfilling service requests and is not shared with third parties except as required by law.
